Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: The default is 2nd Day Air since chocolate melts easily at warm temperatures. If the shipping method is changed to Ground, we will not be responsible for the condition of the chocolates if the destination temperature is above 65 degrees and the transit time exceeds two days from Ferndale, Michigan. If there is no rush and you would like us to wait until destination temperatures fall below 65 degrees, you may note that in the comments during checkout. Cold packs and insulation for warm weather shipping are included at no additional cost. Orders that are placed and processed on Thursdays and Fridays can be held and shipped on Monday the following week so they do not sit in warm warehouses or delivery trucks over the weekend. Delivery will not require a signature on receipt, so please make sure the recipient is aware in case the package can be left outdoors. We bear no responsibility once the delivery service leaves the chocolate at the destination address.
